This Cookie Policy explains how GreeksData uses cookies and similar browser storage for public pages, account access, and service security.

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored by your browser. Some cookies are necessary for account sessions and security.

Cookies We Use

GreeksData uses essential cookies for authentication, session management, security, and form protection. These cookies are required for account login and protected portal pages.

The main application session cookie is named GREEKSDATA_SESSID. It is used to keep you signed in and support secure account workflows.

GreeksData also offers optional Google Analytics cookies or similar identifiers on public website pages where the analytics component is enabled. Google Analytics is not enabled in the authenticated customer, administrator, support, or payment areas.

Analytics Preference Storage

GreeksData uses browser local storage to remember whether you allowed or declined optional analytics. The local storage key is greeksdata_analytics_consent and the only intended values are granted or denied.

This preference is stored in your browser only. GreeksData does not create a server-side analytics consent record in this version.

Session and Security Cookies

Session cookies may be used to maintain login state, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, support logout, and keep account workflows consistent.

The session cookie is configured for HTTP-only access and same-site browser handling where supported. Secure transport settings are applied when the site is served over HTTPS.

Payment Processor Cookies

When you continue to Stripe Checkout or other payment processor pages, the payment processor may set its own cookies and use its own browser storage under its policies. GreeksData does not control those third-party cookies.

GreeksData stores payment identifiers, package snapshots, request quantities, status information, and related payment metadata needed to operate the service. GreeksData does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is optional and is used only on public website pages where the analytics component is enabled. It may set or read cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits, page views, navigation paths, device and browser information, approximate location, referrers, and usage patterns.

If you continue without analytics or your stored preference is denied, Google Analytics is not loaded by GreeksData. If there is no valid stored preference, Google Analytics is blocked and the public website shows the analytics preference banner.

GreeksData does not intentionally send account passwords, full payment card details, API keys, request payloads, or private account credentials to Google Analytics.

Cookie Settings

Public pages where the analytics component is available include Cookie Settings so you can reopen the analytics preference interface and change your choice.

Cookie Settings does not appear in the authenticated customer product portal, administrator area, support area, or payment areas because Google Analytics is not enabled there.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, protected portal access, checkout return flows, form submission, logout, or other account features from working correctly.

Browser settings vary, so review your browser documentation for instructions on deleting or blocking cookies.

GreeksData may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The Last updated date shows the date of the current published version.
