Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing GreeksData, creating an account, purchasing request packages, or using the API, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Market Data & Financial Disclaimer.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use GreeksData.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter into a binding agreement where you live, to create an account or use GreeksData.

By using the service, you represent that you can lawfully use market data, payment services, and API tools in your location and for your intended use.

GreeksData Service

GreeksData provides a market data API and related account, analytics, usage, payment, and documentation tools. The service is designed for technical access to market data and related information through an API.

The specific data, endpoints, request behavior, response format, account limits, and available packages may change as the service evolves. GreeksData does not promise coverage of any specific market, instrument, exchange, field, or data source unless that is expressly stated in current service documentation.

Accounts

You need an account to access private GreeksData features, including API key management, usage information, request logs, payment history, and request package purchases.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity that occurs through your account or API key.

GreeksData may restrict, suspend, or terminate account access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, payment disputes, policy violations, service protection, or legal requirements.

API Keys and Account Security

An API key is a confidential credential used to authenticate API requests. You are responsible for protecting your API key and for not sharing, publishing, embedding, or exposing it in public code, client-side applications, logs, screenshots, or other unsafe locations.

GreeksData may allow you to create, rotate, or revoke your API key through the account portal. GreeksData may also rotate, revoke, block, or restrict API credentials when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, account status, operational integrity, or policy enforcement.

If you believe an API key has been compromised, rotate or revoke it promptly and contact support if you need assistance.

Request Credits and Usage

Request credits are service usage units for GreeksData API access. They are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, bank balance, securities, or financial instruments.

Your credit balance determines your ability to make billable API calls. A valid cached or fresh market-data response may consume request credits as described in the service documentation. Non-billable endpoints may be available for testing or account verification.

The price, request quantity, bonus requests, total requests, and currency shown and confirmed during checkout are the commercial terms for that purchase. Future changes to package availability or catalog pricing do not retroactively change a completed purchase.

The current system does not publish an automatic expiration period for request credits. If GreeksData introduces expiration or usage-window rules in the future, those rules will be communicated through the service or updated policies.

Rate Limits and Technical Restrictions

API requests are subject to rate limits to ensure platform stability. Rate limits and other technical controls help protect service stability, security, and fair use.

You may not deliberately bypass request limits, quotas, account status controls, authentication checks, or other technical restrictions.

Market Data and Third-Party Sources

Market data and analytics may depend on third-party sources, external services, network availability, and automated processing. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrect, revised, or affected by external outages.

Use of data may be subject to applicable third-party or source restrictions. You are responsible for complying with restrictions communicated through the service, documentation, source terms, or applicable law.

GreeksData does not claim ownership of market data that belongs to third parties. GreeksData retains rights in its brand, website, API design, documentation, software, and original content.

Payments

Request package payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By continuing to checkout, you authorize the amount displayed at checkout for the selected package. Taxes or similar charges may apply where legally required.

GreeksData stores payment records and transaction metadata necessary to provide the service, maintain payment history, reconcile webhooks, support customer requests, audit transactions, and apply request credits. GreeksData does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card credentials.

A payment may remain pending until the payment processor confirms it. Request credits are applied by the payment workflow after confirmation.

Refunds and Payment Disputes

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Any confirmed refund for a purchase, including a partial monetary refund, may result in full operational reversal of the request credits associated with that purchase. This reversal may affect your available credit balance and your ability to use the API.

Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in reversal of service credits associated with the disputed transaction, temporary account restriction, suspension, or other reasonable measures while the issue is reviewed.

Acceptable Use

Your use of GreeksData must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, service disruption, credential theft, unauthorized security testing, or attempts to bypass technical controls.

Suspension and Termination

GreeksData may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, abuse, fraud, payment issues, legal requirements, policy violations, or threats to service integrity.

Where appropriate, GreeksData may investigate before taking action and may restore access when the issue is resolved. Some restrictions may remain in place when required to protect the service, users, payment integrity, or legal compliance.

Intellectual Property

The GreeksData name, branding, website, API design, documentation, software, original text, and original interface content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of GreeksData technology or original content to you. They also do not grant unrestricted rights to resell, redistribute, or republish market data or third-party content.

Third-Party Services

GreeksData may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, security, support, data sources, or other operational needs. Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, technical limits, and availability constraints.

GreeksData does not permanently control third-party service availability, processing times, or data-source behavior.

No Investment Advice

GreeksData provides market data and technical tools. GreeksData does not provide personalized investment advice, recommend trades, execute trades, act as a broker, manage portfolios, or guarantee trading results or profitability. See the Market Data & Financial Disclaimer.

Service Availability and Changes

GreeksData may update, improve, suspend, remove, or change parts of the service, including endpoints, packages, documentation, rate limits, and operational behavior.

The service may be unavailable, degraded, delayed, interrupted, or affected by errors, maintenance, third-party outages, security events, or infrastructure issues. GreeksData does not promise uninterrupted availability, zero latency, or error-free data.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreeksData is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You are responsible for validating data, managing risk, maintaining safeguards, and deciding whether the service is appropriate for your use case.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreeksData will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, trading losses, loss of data, business interruption, or losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

GreeksData may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date shows the date of the current published version. Continued use of GreeksData after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove legal rights that cannot be waived by contract.
